Complainant appeared and filed a petition to withdrawn this case along with his addhar card duely self attested stating theirin that outside the court he settled the matter & Opp satisfied his claim, so he don’t want to proceed further in this case. As such withdrawal petition filed by him may kindly be allowed. 

                                                       Perused the case record along with withdrawal petition & W/S filed by opp which reveals that after filing of this case and getting notice by this court opp satisfied the claim of the complainant fully well & no dispute is existing now between the parties. 

                           Thus keeping in view the facts & circumstances of the case the withdrawal petition filed by the complainant is allowed on full satisfaction of his claim & the case is disposed off. Keep the record in the record room.
