Today is fixed for admission hearing.

The complainant is absent on repeated calls.  None for the complainant is present and no steps is taken.  On scrutiny it appears that the complainant remained absent without taking any steps since 10.05.2023.  No document as per order dated 10.05.2023 has not been furnished by the complainant.  On scrutiny of the record it also appears that the original document is required to tally the photocopy of the documents as annexed in the complaint petition for better adjudication of the matter; but the complainant failed to furnish the same.  Several opportunities were given to the complainant for furnishing the documents, even the complainant did not turn up today till 01.00 p.m.

On the above observation, we are not inclined to admit the Consumer Complaint at its present form and hence, the case is not admitted.

The CDF Unit-II CC No. 102/2023 is thus disposed of.
