Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate for the opposite party.

                   File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Ld. counsel for the opposite party made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties for Rs.35,000/-(Rupees Thirty five thousand only) as full and final settlement and company will make the payment to the complainant within 45 days. He further stated that the product should not be physical damage or liquefied and complainant should return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment.

                   Complainant made a statement that she has heard and agreed with the above statement and has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed off accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in National Lok Adalat with direction to the opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.35,000/-(Rupees Thirty five Thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 07.03.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
