Samsung India      Vs.   Dinesh Sharma

Present: Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for OP/applicant.

             The OP/applicant moved an application for compliance of the order dated 8.5.2018 and issuing notice to the complainant. It is submitted in the application that OP is ready to comply with the order passed by this Forum on 8.5.2018 but complainant did not come forwarded to repair his refrigerator. He further submitted that the engineer of the OP visited the house of the complainant many times but nobody was met there. He further submitted that OP is ready to compliance of the order when the complainant approached to him. In view of above mentioned facts in the application, the application is disposed off and application be tagged with main file.
