Complainant and Opposite Party-1 filed settlement order dated 19.01.2016 of Delhi Mediation Centre, Delhi Disputes Resolution Society, Parliament Street, New Delhi. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP-1 have to refund amount of             Rs. 60,000/- through cheque against the full & final settlement within 45 days. Both the parties mutually settled the case and no more dispute is left between the parties.

OP-1 has refunded amount of Rs. 60,000/- through cheque to the complainant, OP-1 collected the said refrigerator alongwith accessories from the complainant residence, hence the case is decided as settled. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
