ORDER

                             Ms. Tabassum Shehnaz Counsel for OP

Matter has been settled by which OP is ready to pay Rs.32,000/- to the complainant including full and final settlement and it would not claim back the loaner phone which is acceptable to the Son of the complainant.  Accordingly, matter is disposed off by ordering that OP to pay Rs.32,000/- in full and final settlement of this claim within a period of 45 days from today.  It is further ordered that if the amount would not be paid within 45 days then OP would pay the interest @ 9% from today till actual payment. 

Matter is disposed off as settled. 

File be consigned to record room.

Copy of this order be given Dasti to both the parties.
