Complainant appeared along with withdrawal petition  and his Adhar Card and submitted that he is  not willing to proceed further in this case so the case may be dropped and the case is recall . 

                                      In the light of withdrawal petition this case is dismissed as withdrwan . office to deposit  the record in the record room .
