Counsel for the complainant  has made a statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical defect and wants to withdraw the same. Heard. In view of the statement made by the Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the appropriate Commission. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
