Today the present miscellaneous application is fixed for filing reply as well as consideration thereupon but counsel appearing on behalf of OP No.2 tendered a statement before the Commission that he does not want to peruse the present miscellaneous application and withdraws the same and also requested to file the same.

In view of the statement so tendered by counsel for OP No.2, present miscellaneous application is disposed off accordingly. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties to complaint free of costs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
