The counsel for OP No.2 suffered statement on 24.6.2019 that OP No.2 is ready to refund the price of the mobile set of Rs. 30,990/- within 45 days from today subject to deposit of mobile set in question with the care center of company, failing which this amount will carry interest @ 12% p.a.

However, more than 45 days has already elapsed. OP No.2 has not complied with the order. Therefore, complaint is partly allowed in favour of complainant and against opposite party No.2 in terms of statement dated 24.6.2019. The opposite party No.2 is directed to pay this amount of Rs. 30,990/- with interest @ 12 % p.a from today till payment. The complainant will deposit the mobile set with OP No.2. File be consigned to record.
