The Complainant and the O.Ps are present.

The Complainant has received the repaired mobile in fit condition along with one new battery set and he is satisfied. So he is not willing to proceed with the case and for which he has filed a petition praying for dismissal of this case because his grievance is properly redressed by this Forum.

After hearing both parties and considering the entire application with prayer for dismissal of this complaint filed by the Complainant.

We are satisfied that the application should be allowed and accordingly the said prayer is accepted and allowed.

Hence,

                Ordered,

                                That the complaint be and the same is dismissed on full satisfaction of the Complainant regarding his grievance.

Let the petition filed by the Complainant be and the same is part of this order. All other order for cost is vacated.
