Complainant is present along with his ld. counsel Shri Manas Das Gupta. Ld. counsel Ms Shilpi Deka is  present today  representing both the opp. parties. . Sri Arindam Roy, present  Branch Manager of opp. party-Samsonite South Asia  Pvt Ltd. having its   branch office at Paltan Bazar , Guwahati-08 is  present personally today .  The opp. parties have submitted notarized MOU dtd.28/9/22 executed between the complainant & opp. parties  . As per the terms & conditions of MOU, the dispute raised in the complaint petition by the complainant is settled on payment of Rs.20,000/- as a compensation further there was  a  replacement of  the damaged suitcase with a new  one with fresh warranty already being  handed over  to the complainant. In view of the said MOU executed between the parties, today, the case is settled   .
