BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite party to refund Rs.18,500/- paid by the complainant towards the above mentioned course and to pay Rs.8,850/- which my client had to incur as extra expenses towards appointing a private tutor and to pay Rs.2,00,000/- compensation towards deficiency in service and pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards mental agony.
