Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.      None appears for the OP. Notice against the O.P. is made sufficient.

​3.      It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned order has been passed without giving notice to the present petitioner. He further submits that the complainant has incurred loan from the OP but did not pay the same and obtained the ex parte order from the learned District Forum.

4.   Perused the impugned order and the order does not show that any opportunity was given to the present petitioner to be heard. Since   OP has not been given any chance for hearing before interim order is passed, the said impugned order is set aside and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Forum on 1.7.2020 with the copy of this order and file objection to the petition for interim relief. Learned District Forum is directed to hear both parties on  Misc.Case No.87 of 2019 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
