This case record has been placed before the Ld. Judges of monthly Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held today.

Both sides are present.  As per submission of both sides, the disputes in respect of this case have been amicably settlement and Rs. 15,000 has been paid to the complainant.

As the parties of this case are not interested to proceed with this case any further, Ld. Judges of Upovokta Lok Adalat are of the view that this case is to be settled / withdrawn as it is compromised between the parties of this case.
