Notice meant for the sole OP appears to have been returned unserved with report that the addressee refused to receive the article concerning the Summons.

However, on behalf of the complainant a petition has been brought this day praying for withdrawal of the CC case alleging that the dispute has since been settled amicably.

Heard the representative of the complainant. The petition purports to have been signed by the representative of the complainant. Having kept in view the circumstances, we think it proper to allow the prayer made in the petition.

Accordingly it is.

That the complaint u/s 12 CP Act, brought by the complainant on 26.10.2010 be deemed to have been withdrawn without any order as to costs.
