No one appears for the appellant and the defects pointed out by the Registry have also not been removed. Even then, we have examined the impugned order passed by the State Commission and, in our view, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case that despite the repeated opportunities having been granted to the complainant to pursue the complaint filed ..2.. by him and he and his counsel having failed to appear, the State Commission was fully justified in dismissing the complaint for non-prosecution. The order does not call for any interference. The First Appeal is dismissed.
