The case is posted to-day for appearance and filing of version.

Complainant present through Advocate and filed a petition stating there in that, the Opposite Party after receiving the summon from the Forum have settled the dispute with him and credited Rs.100/-(Rupees one hundred) i.e. the insurance coverage amount to this account. Therefore, prayed to withdraw the case as he not willing to proceed further. Heard the matter and perused the petition.

On considering the fact and circumstances we allowed the petition.

Accordingly the case is disposed off as it is being withdrawn.
