Learned counsel for the appellants is present on VC. He submitted that there is already compromise arrived between the parties. The compromise petition has already been filed. However the respondent is absent.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that in view of compromise arrived between the parties, he does not want to proceed with the appeal.
