ORDER

1.                     The parties have appeared in the Lok Adalat and stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:

“Statement of Sh.Pankaj Nanda, Brother of complainant and Advocate for Sh.Paras Money Goyal, Advocate for Applicant/Complainant.

 

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties. As per settlement, I have received Rs.10,000/- in cash from Sh.Dinesh Bhardwaj, Team Leader of OP No.1 & 2, as full and final settlement. The old handset in question i.e. Sony Ericsson W580 has been handed over to Sh.Dinesh Bhardwaj, Team Leader of OP No.1 & 2. Hence, I withdraw the present application as satisfied.

I have gone through the above statement given by Sh.Pankaj Nanda, Brother/Advocate on behalf of the complainant and accepted it as correct”   

 

2.                     The respective parties shall remain bound by their statements.

3.                     Keeping in view the above, since the complainant has withdrawn the present application as satisfied, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
