Parties are present. Shri Biswajit Paul, Regional Service Manager of Satora International has furnished a new set to the complainant. The complainant received the set with full satisfaction. Shri Paul has agreed to extend on year’s waranty for the set. The card in the set box will be stamped and dated after the same is produced before the office of the OP. On the body of the petition of the OP the complainant has noted that I have no claim further regarding this matter. As the complainant is fully satisfied the instant case is disposed of subject to issued of warranby card in proper form to the complainant.
