1.  The complainant is aggrieved by the allegedly defective Asrock h110 pro BTC + motherboard which he claims to have purchased from the opposite party.
2. The opposite party did not enter appearance and was set exparte. Therefore this matter was posted for exparte evidence of the complainant to 17/1/22.
3. The complainant was continuously absent on 9/11/21, 24/11/21 & 17/1/22. Since the complaint was absent on 11/3/22 also this complaint was taken up for orders based on merits.
4. The complainant has produced two documents viz a tax invoice bearing No.ITH/20-21/1076 dated 9/2/2021 for an amount of Rs.10350/- issued by the  opposite party and 3 sheets of print out of whatsapp communication. The aforesaid documents does not corroborate the complaint pleadings. Nor will it substantiate the case of the complainant.
5. Hence, the complaint is dismissed.
