                   Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties. He does not want to proceed further in the present complaint and withdraw the same, being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the abovesaid statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
