                  Case called several times since morning. It is now 2:30 P.M.   This complaint is pending since 28.12.2011. The complaint is pending for the service of Ops for want of correct address since the filing of the complaint. The complainant inspite of availing a number of opportunities has failed to file correct address of the Ops and failed to comploy with the order of this District Forum. In view of non compliance of the order of this District Forum as well as non appearance of the complainant, the complaint of the complainant is hereby dismissed in default. Certified copy of the order be sent to both the parties, free of costs and file be consigned to the record room.
