     At this stage, Sh.Simranjeet Singh, Advocate, put in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of OP by way of filing his vakalatnama. As counsel for OP has appeared, notice to OP need not be issued.

     Sh.G.D.Goel, Counsel for Complainant has made statement on the first page of the complaint itself that he is withdrawing the present complaint on account of compromise for Rs.3000/- with OP payable within 30 days. Consequently, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
