Neither the complainant nor the opposite party takes steps.  The parties are absent on call.  Perused the complaint.  The complainant seems to be not interested in conducting the case.  The written version of the OP 2 also shows that the complaint is devoid on merit.  Hence, on perusal of the documents and materials on record we are inclined to dismiss the case without cost.
