This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 to 3 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to apologize for all the inconvenience caused to the complainant and blatant cheating with lies and to pay a sum of Rs.99,000/- towards compensation for mental agony with cost of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the averments in the complaint.  The complainant called absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
