1. Sale Point of Haryana Seed Development Corporation, Panchi Road, Ganaur through its Incharge Shri Rajbir.
2. M/s Haryana Seed Development Corporation, bangle Moar, Sirsa Road Hissar Pin Code 125001. The Name and Address of the responsible Person who produced and certified the seed will be given by the Incharge Shri Rajbir H.S.D.C. panchi Road Ganaur.

Present:    None for complainant-DH.

 

            Case called several times since morning. But neither the complaints-DH nor his counsel has appeared. It appears that the complainant-DH is least interested in pursuing the present execution petition. It is already 3.50 pm. Further wait is not justified. Accordingly, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
