ORDER

Per Justice Shri S.B.Mhase, Hon'ble President:

The original complaint is against the advocate and in order to show that fees have been paid; application was made that the passbook should be produced.  That application was rejected and therefore, complainant feels that he is not getting an opportunity.  This is a misconceived statement made by the advocate for the applicant because if any application is rejected that cannot be a ground for transfer.  If the party is aggrieved by the order, then remedies are open for him to adopt appropriate course of action.  We do not find any substance in the application.  Hence, we pass the following order:-

:-ORDER-:

1.     Transfer application stands rejected.

2.     Dictated on dais.

3.     Copies of the order herein be furnished to the parties.
