MR. JUSTICE AKHTAR HUSAIN KHAN (ORAL)

None appeared for appellant. Appeal has been filed by appellant in person. Registry has reported that appeal is defective. Defect pointed out by registry has not been removed by appellant. Appellant has been informed vide letter dated 15.01.2016 sent through registered post to remove defect. In spite of this fact appellant failed to remove defect pointed out by registry.

In view of above, appeal is dismissed.
