Case called out repeatedly. Complainant is absent. Opposite parties are present through Counsel. It appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant is not appearing since long back. He has moved an application on 24/01/2018 for impleadment of Sushil Kumar Pathak as opposite party no.2. Since then, the complainant is not appearing before this Forum. The opposite parties have filed objection against this application. There is none to prosecute the present complaint therefore, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. The present complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution. Let record be consigned.
