As per report of Ahlmad, Notice was sent to complainant by Regd.Post on 26.06.2024 and as per online report that “Item Delivered to addressee on 28.06.2024, but on 02.07.2024 none has appeared on behalf of complainant & case was adjourned for today, i.e. on 08.07.2024 for awaiting appearance of the complainant. Today, neither the complainant nor anybody on his behalf has appeared in this Commission. It seems that the complainant is not interested to persue his complaint. Therefore, the present complaint is disposed of for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
