Complaint is filed on the allegations that the opposite party has not been sending the complainant, one of thte subscriber for the pulication Sainik Samachar, the periodical published by the opposite party. Complainant claims to have given subscription for the journal till the end of December 1994. The opposite party has not chosen to file his version to the complaint. We have perused the complaint and the copies of documents filed by the complainant. In our view the complaint does not disclose a consumer dispute and as such this District Forum has no jurisdiction to take action under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. It follows that the complaint has to be rejected. In the result the complaint is dismissed.
