Sandeep Versus Saini Mobile

     Shri M.S.Parmar, Adv. for JD No.3.

     The counsel for JD No.3 stated that the order dated 5.2.2015 passed by this District Forum has been fully complied with by JD No.3. New Mobile Hand Set and Rs.2200/- costs has been paid to the DH. This fact is also admitted by the DH in his execution petition.

    In view of the statement of counsel for JD No.3 and the facts of the case, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The file be consigned to the record room.
