        Present:- Sh. Chirag Jain, Advocate for complainant.                         Ops no.1 and 2 already exparte. Sh. A.S. Kalra, Advocate for op no.3.    
Ld. counsel for op no.3 has suffered a statement that company is ready to pay full and final payment of Rs.10000/- of product value as per settlement with the complainant and complainant be directed to deposit the mobile phone alongwith original accessories alongwith cancelled cheque and copy of adhar card to op no.2 service center of company, so that company may be enable to process payment within two months. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that compromise has been effected with the op no.3/ company and as per compromise, op no.3 is ready to pay full payment of product i.e. Rs.10000/- on account of full and final settlement of the mobile phone within two months. He has further stated that complainant has already deposited the mobile set to service center of company on 31.08.2022 and complainant will deposit original accessories alongwith cancelled cheque and aadhar card with op no.2 within 10 days and complaint may be disposed of. He has further stated that in case op no.3 fails to pay the above said amount within above said period, then op no.3 may be directed to pay interest on the above said amount. In view of the statements of learned counsel for op no.3 as well as learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is disposed of accordingly being compromised and op no.3 is directed to pay the above said amount of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant within two months from today, failing which complainant will be entitled to receive the above said amount of Rs.10,000/- from op no.3 alongwith interest @6% per annum from today till actual realization. The complainant as well as op no.3 shall also be bound down by the statements of their counsel. File be consigned to the record room
