The Complainant and the sole Op being present filed a compromise petition stating that, the disputes in this case have been amicably settled between them outside the Forum.

                The Complainant has submitted through the petition that, he does not proceed against the Op further in view of such settlement of disputes between the Parties and prayed to close this case against the Op.

                Heard. In view of amicable settlement of disputes between the parties, we close this case against the Op.
