None appears for appellant. We perused the previous proceeding sheet and found not satisfied to keep the file at the same stage, despite grant of sufficient time and opportunity. Further to be noted herein that appellant has failed to deposit 50% of statutory amount to entertain the appeal, hence we proceed to dismiss the appeal for default and non prosecution.
