This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to replace a new mobile with the same model, to refund a sum of Rs.500/- being given to the opposite party for repair works and to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and cost to the complainant.

Notice to the opposite party not taken for a long time.  The complainant is called absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
