Perusal of record reveals that none was also present on behalf of the appellant on the previous date, i.e., 19.07.2023, on which date, following order was passed by this Commission:

Sh. Vineet Sachdeva, Advocate, holding brief of Sh. Sudhanshu Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 is present.
According to office report dated 19.07.2023, registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 03.06.2023, which is not received back in the office as yet.
Office has submitted the tracking report of registered court notice issued to the appellant, according to which, item has been delivered. Accordingly, service of registered court notice upon the appellant is held to be sufficient.
In the interest of justice, one opportunity is provided to the appellant.
Put up on 09.08.2023 for further orders.”
Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.
No adjournment application has been moved on behalf of the appellant.
It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
