          Called out. Ld. counsel for the appellant Sri Ambrish Kaushal and ld. counsel for the respondent Sri Shivesh Nath Dubey are present.

The respondent’s counsel has admitted that there is no dues against the appellant/complainant and he also stated that NOC has already been given to the complainant. The grievances of the complainant was that the opposite party be restained to demand Rs.1,28,390.00 from the complainant which has not been demanded and now, the opposite party has admitted that there is no dues against the complainant.

So, this matter needs no further adjudication. Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
