3.      Saharayn Universal Multi Purpose Society Limited, SCO No.1110-1111, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh through its Regional Manager-Sh.Arun Kumar Singh.

4.      Saharayn Universal Multi Purpose Society Limited, SCF No.40-41, Phase-5, SAS Nagar, Mohali through its Branch Manager.

                   For the reasons stated in the order of even date, passed by this Commission in C.C.No.629/2021-Shobha Devi Versus Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Limited etc., this complaint is also disposed off.  A copy of that order in that case is placed on the record, which shall be deemed to form a part of this order.
