Kulanand       Vs.    Saharayan Universal.

Present:       Sh. AP Sharma, Adv. for the complainant.

                    (Notice of complaint was not ordered against the respondent No.1).

                     Sh. Saurabh Bansal, Adv. for the respondent No.2.

                                     

                   Vide filing application dated 01.06.2023, complainant sought permission to withdraw the present complaint, due to some technical defect. Sh. Saurabh Bansal, Ld. counsel for the respondent No.2 endorsed no objection report on it on 06.07.2023. Keeping this application into account, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint against the respondents after removing the technical defect, if any and in afresh complaint, he will disclose the particulars of this complaint and its fate.  The original document Ex.C2 is hereby ordered to be released in favour of the complainant or his counsel against proper receipt. File be consigned to the records.
