This case has been received through post but after finding the defects the complainant concerned was noticed vide memo no. 1787 dated 05.11.2022 to remove the defects as after receiving the complaint no one appeared on behalf of complainant. Last chance was also given to the complainant earlier hence, considering that complainant has left the interest, therefore, this complaint petition stands dismissed without adjudicating this case.
