ORDER

     This criminal complaint taken up preponed as per application dated 09.01.2020 presented today in the court by the complainant alongwith his counsel. Complainant wants to make statement. Recorded separately and placed on file. Per contents of the application as well as statement of the complainant, the complainant has received the payment of Rs.78,637/- through cheque from the accused and hence the order dated 03.09.2019 passed by this Forum in CC/618/2018 stood complied with by the accused and therefore, complainant withdraws the present criminal complaint being satisfied. In view of this, the present criminal complaint for commission of offence under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied and in result thereof, accused persons are acquitted of the offence under Section 27 ibid. This criminal complaint be not listed on 13.02.2020 as already ordered as it stood disposed off today. Bailable warrants ordered to be issued vide order dated 13.12.2019 against the accused persons are hereby cancelled and be called back unexecuted forthwith.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
