          Ld. Advocate for both parties are present. M.A being No. 326/2019 is taken up for hearing. Perused the petition. Heard both sides. Considered.

          From the content of the petition has filed by O.P. No.4 SEBI, it appears that the commission imposed cost of Rs. 500/- upon the O.P. No.4 for filing written version on 01.11.2019.

On a close scrutiny of the materials on record it appears that on 29.11.2019 the O.P. No. 4 filed W/V by put up. However, the Regional Director of SEBI made appeal before this commission that a company government concern it is not in a position to pay cost.

          Considering the circumstances and the position this commission is in view to waive the cost imposed upon the O.P. No.4.

                             Hence,

                                       Ordered,

          that the M.A. being No. 326/2019 filed by O.P. No.4-SEBI is considered and allowed on contest without any cost.          The cost imposed by this commission upon the O.P. No.4 is hereby waived. The M.A. being No. 326/2019 is thus disposed of accordingly.

          Fixing by 01.04.2022 for filing evidence-in-chief by the complainant.

          Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
