This case stands admitted on 06.11.2019 but thereafter complainant has not complied the order by filing requisite to issue notice as complainant has been absent after admission since 29.01.2022 till today. However, it is also relevant that this complainant after filing this case on 08.05.2019 had been absent before the day of admission i.e. 06.11.2019. Complainant was also informed by notice to comply the order. But it has not been taken in course amounting the fact that complainant has got no interest in this case. Accordingly, this complaint case stands dismissed.
