ORDER

Vide her separate statement recorded on 08.01.2024, Mrs.Sukhmati Devi, Complainant in person has stated that this is the matter pertains to the Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Limited and the present matter has no relation with Sahara Q Shop Unique Products Range Limited. It has been further stated by complainant that in view of the order dated 29.03.2023 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in I.A.No.56308 of 2023 in Writ Petition (C) No.191 of 2022 titled “Pinak Pani Mohanty vs. Union of India and ors.”, she has already lodged her claim before the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies issued by Govt. of India and hence, at this stage, she may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh one if her claim is not satisfied before the competent authority. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. Complainant is however at liberty to seek remedy before the appropriate court/authority, if permissible under law.

Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
