            As per order dated 30.05.2023, three days time was granted to furnish process fees for service of notice on respondents.

          But the same was not furnished by the appellant within stipulated time.

          In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 30.05.2023, without further reference to the Bench.
