Heared. Ld. advocate of complainant. Perused the record. It reveals from the record that matter is pending since 2022 and at present the complaint intend to withdrawal of this case.

Accordingly the prayer of the complainant is allowed as well as ordered that the complainant is permitted to withdraw the instant case as prayed for.
