                               Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement, in which he has stated that he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint due to technical defect and same be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint before appropriate court of law.

                                In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint before appropriate court of law and in that eventuality, the period of litigation before this Forum shall not be counted towards the period of limitation. Exemption of time spent before this Forum is also granted  in terms of the  judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case titled “Laxmi Engineering Works versus PSG Industrial Institute  (1995) 3 SCC page 583. File be consigned to record room after due compliance..
